We are pleased to offer Police Verified Online Criminal Record Checks through the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), using the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) system ensuring secure, accurate, and nationally recognized result.


A Criminal Record Check confirms whether an individual has a criminal background, based on a name and date of birth search. Fingerprints are not required for these checks. Results include information from the National Repository of Criminal Records as well as other national and local police databases.


We offer two levels of criminal background checks to support your employment, volunteer, licensing, or tenant screening needs—all processed securely and efficiently online, with results typically delivered  within 30 minutes via email.


Important Information:

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Services are available only in Canada.
  • It is the applicant’s responsibility to confirm the required check type with the requesting organization before applying.

CPIC Level 1 – Criminal Record Check (CRC)

Best for: Employment, licensing, tenancy, and general background checks.

Includes:

  • Criminal convictions from CPIC and/or local police records
  • Findings of guilt under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (within applicable disclosure periods)

CPIC Level 2 – Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)

Best for: Roles with sensitive responsibilities requiring enhanced screening. (Not a Vulnerable Sector Check**)

Includes everything in Level 1 CRC, plus:

  • Outstanding charges and warrants
  • Probation and prohibition orders
  • Absolute and conditional discharges (within 1 or 3 years)
  • Judicial orders and Peace Bonds

**Note on Vulnerable Sector Checks:

CPIC checks do not include a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC). If your position involves working with vulnerable individuals (children, seniors, persons with disabilities), you must request a VSC directly from your local police service.
